NEW APPROACHES IN ONLINE EVALUATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS EFFICIENCY BY IMPLEMENTING IOT MONITORING SOLUTIONS

Abstract


The paper presents a new approach in evaluation of the photovoltaic systems efficiency in real time by integrating IoT capabilities. This approach aims to ensure a better productivity and an increase lifespan of the photovoltaic system by continuing monitoring of key parameters of the system and implementing proactive maintenance measures. The proposed approach uses data measured in real time from the PV system site and analyze these values in order to determine the efficiency in power production.
