THE WORKSPACES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON EMPLOYEE'S WORK PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract


Over the last decade, workspaces have been developed a lot, and so new concepts have begun to appear besides traditional offices such as co-working, home office. In this paper, an analysis was made of the factors influencing the choice of a workspace and which of them has an influence on employee productivity. Also, some aspects regarding the evolution of workspaces were presented, in the context of the real estate market.
