OPTIMIZATION OF THE TECHONOLOGICAL PARAMETERS IN THE MILLING PROCESS

Abstract


In this article is proposed and tested a new optimization model of the milling process on the CNC centers. The optimization model includes a real time optimization algorithm of the technological parameters, cutting speed and feed rate which can be implemented with minimum costs on the industrial CNC milling machines.
