DEVELOPING OF A APLICATION METHODOLOGY OF A FMEA ANALYSIS OF A CMM MEASURING PROCESS

Abstract


This paper presents the methodology of doing a FMEA analysis for a measurement process with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) by using the DAMIC model. It follows the steps of the analysis process and presents the documentation used with the purpose of underlining the particularities of applying this kind of analysis to a measurement process.
