MANAGEMENT OF TECHNICAL FLUX OF INFORMATION IN DENTAL PRACTICE

Diana PAVLOVA

Abstract

For the management of a dental practice, multiple communication channels are needed - between dentists, dental technicians, reception, administration and other profiled medical specialists and indirect participants in patient treatment. All of them form a data transmission network. The participants in the communication network use various smart devices to receive and read the information - using conventional methods and voice commands and other data input, smart information tablets located at key places in the building. This makes the working dental process several times easier. In this study the experience gained in real practice and illustrative examples are presented.
