REDUCING ACCIDENT RISKS DURING PAPER PROCESSING BY ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNING THE PROTECTION PANELS
Abstract
The paper studies measure to reduce the risk of accidents in paper processing by ergonomically designing protective panels to safely separate the work cylinder area between the operator and the production machine. It is important to comply with the principles of safety integration in the design and construction of work equipment, as well as ergonomic design principles. At the end of the paper, the results of the research on the design, construction and installation of ergonomic protection panels are presented, located in two planes, to eliminate the risks of accidents of the operators.
