Abstract

This paper's goal is to examine how adaptable small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) are to the difficulties brought on by the shift to the Web 3.0 digital era. The objective of the study is to create a proprietary AQ (Adaptability Quotient) model that is tailored to the contemporary digital environment and used by Romanian enterprises. The purpose of this study is to assess the perception and actual ability of SMEs to successfully adopt new technology by gathering and statistically analyzing data from a questionnaire.
