TRIZ FOR THE CREATION OF BLUE OCEANS

Abstract


The Blue Ocean Strategy is a strategic approach that supports companies in the creation of a business space without competition by using specific levers of utility for the customer. However, the creation of those levers is usually challenging. The use of contradictions and inventive principles can create new ways to overcome those challenges.
