MATHEMATICAL MODEL AND PROGRAM FOR ANALYZING THE THERMOREFRACTORY INSULATION OF FURNACES

Abstract


The paper presents a mathematical model and calculating program for determining the thermal field of some multilayer walls. It represents a useful tool for the efficient design of thermo-refractory insulations of industrial furnaces. The authors have successfully emplayed this program with the energetic audit of metallurgical furnaces.
